Gaurav Parikh has been hired by The Clinton Group, Inc.
(WASHINGTON, DC, August 3, 2009) Gaurav Parikh has been hired as a Director of Political Affairs, company Chairman and CEO, Walter D. Clinton announced today.
"Gaurav comes to the Clinton Group with a wealth of political experience and will undoubtedly be a great asset to the firm. I look forward to further success as we move through 2009 and beyond," Clinton said in a statement made earlier today.
In this capacity, Gaurav works to develop new clientele from electoral, issue advocacy, and constituent contact sectors. Prior to joining The Clinton Group, Gaurav served as a political consultant working with various not-for-profit groups on political positioning and legislative issues.
His past experience includes work with Democracy Data and Communications where, as an Assistant Vice President, he provided Fortune 500 Government Relations departments with PAC technology and grassroots outreach consulting services. Gaurav also worked for GalleryWatch and Roll Call as a Sales Executive. Gaurav is a native of Orange County, CA and holds a B.A. in political science from California State Polytechnic University Pomona.
